Cancellation:
Monthly subscribers can cancel their plan anytime. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied, but access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
For annual and lifetime plans, cancellations can be requested within the initial trial period (30 days for the annual plan). After this period, cancellations won’t receive a refund, but access will remain available for the full term.
Refunds:
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled anytime.
Annual subscriptions qualify for a refund if canceled within the first 30 days. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable once the access is activated.
Access Timing
Once your subscription is confirmed, please allow 10 minutes to 24 hours for account access to be granted. This processing time ensures your access is set up properly and securely.
